Local Attractions • Ballintubber Abbey. (14 km)- Ballintubber Abbey is an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place. Built in 1216, the Abbey is still used as a place of worship today. It has been labelled 'The Abbey that refused to die.' Well worth a visit.
